$6,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible rehires and external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Under direct supervision, independently uses the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients. Uses information from a variety of sources to assess, plan, implement, identify outcomes and evaluate patient's plan of care. The GN serves as an advocate for patients, families and caregivers to enhance the patient experience. New graduates are permitted to perform any function that falls within the scope of nursing practice for which they have received educational preparation and have demonstrated minimal competency.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates must meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the state of Texas
• Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire -OR-
• Texas Graduate Nurse Permit upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
