CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers Earn $90K-$112K/yr; Run 21 Days & Home 7; No Touch Freight Full-time driving position with 21‑day tours and Home 7/yr. 100% no-touch freight and 85% drop and hook. Responsibilities Operate across the following states: IL, IN, KY, WV, MI, OH, PA, NJ, TN, DE, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA (no NY). Complete daily routes within a 21‑day period and park at a company facility in OH, PA, or NC; company covers return flights. Drive trucks equipped with climate control, microwave, inverter, APU, flat‑screen TV, and XM radio. Follow safety regulations to avoid DOT recordable accidents and maintain a clean driving record. Qualifications CDL‑A license with 12 months OTR experience in the last 8 months, including at least 2 months driving in winter conditions in the Midwest or Northeast. No DOT preventable recordable accidents in the last 5 years. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, none major. No more than 2 incidents (violations + accidents) total not exceeding 3. No major moving violations (e.g., 15+ mph over, reckless, lane violation) in the last 3 years. No DUI in the last 8 years and only one in a lifetime. No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol test, regardless of when. All felonies and misdemeanors must be 10 years old. Compensation & Benefits Pay ranges from $90,000 to $112,000/yr; base rate .67–.72 CPM depending on experience and hazmat certification. Full benefits start after 60 days, including bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k) and more. Additional pay for hazmat classes.
