Project Manager - Mechanical Insulation (Greater Indianapolis)

Our client, a well-established mechanical insulation contractor, is looking for an experienced Mechanical Insulation Project Manager to join their Indianapolis, Indiana branch.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on role that brings together project management, estimating, and business development. You'll work directly with customers, identify new opportunities, develop estimates and proposals, and take projects from the initial bid through successful completion.

The work is varied, with projects ranging from maintenance and retrofit work to larger commercial and industrial mechanical insulation installations. You'll have a direct impact on both project success and the continued growth of the Indianapolis branch, while building relationships and a customer base you can take ownership of.

If you're looking for a role where your mechanical insulation experience, estimating skills, and customer relationships can make a real impact, this is a great opportunity to join a stable organization with room to grow.
