Responsibilities Title: Creative Producer + Editor Develop and pitch concepts for Mad Realities’ next slate of Original Shows Take approved concepts from idea to screen, overseeing the entire pilot process and refining projects for full-scale production Own the creative vision while handling logistics, ensuring high-quality execution from pre-production through post-production Manage a small team, including talent, production personnel, editors, and designers, to bring pilots to life and launch successful series Be capable of making revisions to edits yourself using Adobe Premiere Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production and digital content creation Understand, evaluate, and implement feedback from the team to improve your work Mentored by Head of Production and other Creative Producers to adopt our principles for piloting and building an engine for a hit show Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Qualifications 3+ years of experience in producing short form (under 3min), viral content ++ for experience in executing a creative that became a hit show +++ for experience with documentary style content Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging video content Passion for storytelling and strong narrative building skills Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Strong understanding of social platforms and related trendsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills SpecificationsContract-to-Hire: 3 month contract period, with mutual option to convert to full-time Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, MR contributes 50% of premiums Equity: Full-time includes equity package Can work in-person in NYC 4 days/week preferred but not required How To Apply Please send an introduction, resume, and portfolio of relevant work to View email address on click.appcast.io with the subject line titled: Creative Producer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
