Location: 1120 W Washington Blvd., Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST
Pay Rate: Up to $19.00/hour/ Weekly Pay
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to support a busy healthcare team. This role will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, verifying and entering registration information, and providing general clerical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients for scheduled visits Enter and update patient demographics and insurance information Make appointment reminder calls Scan and maintain patient documentation Perform various administrative and clerical duties Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and staff Qualifications:
Healthcare/medical office experience preferred Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems Medical receptionist experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred EPIC EMR experience preferred Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly You will work alongside Medical Assistants, Clinicians, and Nurses in a collaborative healthcare environment.
No license or certification required.
