We pride ourselves and dedicate everything we do to provide exceptional customer service.Each employee-owner is empowered by our F.O.C.U.S philosophy to make decisions, to deliver outstanding service and exceed clients’ expectations, giving trust and autonomy in each role.**We currently have an opening for a Field Service Technician in Kentucky, KY****Role:**Working as a Field Service Technician for TSi, you’ll be responsible for travelling to client sites and carrying out assigned tasks to repair, maintain and install a variety of security systems, whilst providing outstanding customer service to clients.**Requirements:*** You’ll need to have a good understanding of a wide range of security systems with experience in Lenel and C-cure being a great benefit, however a well-rounded knowledge of brands is highly advantageous for this role.* You must be able to carry out tasks to a high standard and follow company installation standards along with providing outstanding customer service to clients.* Be comfortable working at heights (as required, climbing ladders etc.)* Be responsible for performing preventative maintenance across client sites.* Should ideally have at least 2 years “hands-on” experience in a similar role.* Great networking and programming skills with access control and video systems.* You’ll need to hold a valid and clean drivers license to travel to locations as needed* Part of an on-call rota.**Location:*** Lexington to Louisville, KY**Salary Field:**Competitive**Package Field:**Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, certifications, and technical expertise.
