Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Outpatient Infusion

Schedule: Days, 8 hours, varying between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- 2+ years current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion
- Chemo Certification (ONS)
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
- Peripheral IV insertion experience
- Port/Fistula/Catheter experience
- EPIC experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Compliance / Notes:
- COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required
- New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate must be included with submissions
- 14 panel drug screen required
- De-escalation training must be completed prior to onboarding as of 1/1/2024
- Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted at upload, with no more than 5 days accepted
- Personal scrubs of any color required, no designs or cartoons, no hoodies
- Non-billable orientation: 8 hours
- Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per contract, must provide 2-hour notice
