Job Title: Identity Infrastructure Specialist

Location: Princeton, NJ, Hybrid

Compensation: $40–$47/hr

Employment Type: Temporary, 3 Months

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Identity Infrastructure Specialist to support Windows and/or Linux systems, cloud applications, and identity management services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and organizational skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and experience supporting identity infrastructure in a professional IT environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support Windows and/or Linux systems.
• Deploy and operate cloud applications in a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) environment.
• Support directory services, single sign-on (SSO), and account lifecycle management.
• Assist with identity and access management processes and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide responsive customer support.
• Collaborate with IT teams and end users to resolve issues and maintain reliable services.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions as needed.
• Support IT service management processes and other infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience using and maintaining Windows and/or Linux systems.
• 1+ year of experience deploying and operating cloud applications in a PaaS environment.
• 1+ year of experience with directory services, single sign-on, or account lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Higher education experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ITSM platforms, particularly ServiceNow, is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
