Chief Stewardess - 36m Private Motor Yacht - Dual Season

Start Date: May 20 - May 28

Vessel: 36m 2023 build

Itinerary: Caribbean, Florida, Bahamas

Interior Team: 2 (Chief and 2nd)

We are seeking an upbeat and motivated Chief Stewardess to join a professional and dynamic team. Fantastic owners and multi-national crew onboard.

The ideal candidate maintains a professional demeanor while bringing a positive attitude, adaptability and a sense of humor.

Requirements

• Ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience in an interior leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional standards of service, interior upkeep
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to kindly guide, motivate, and manage an interior team toward shared objectives
• Confident and experienced in formal service setting
• Strong wine knowledge preferred
• Must hold a valid B1/B2 visa or U.S. passport and be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must hold a valid Schengen visa
• Passport with at least 6 months' validity
• Must hold valid STCW, ENG1 and FHL2 certificates
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check prior to employment
