Provide assistance to the Activities Director in assessing, selecting, organizing, and implementing activities and recreational services Address the individual needs and interests of residents through activities and recreational services Requirements Fire and passion for working with seniors Flexible, fun, and energetic personality Prior experience as an Activities Assistant in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred Activities Certification preferred One year of experience conducting activities and recreational services within the past five years preferred Professional image in both appearance and behavior Excellent written and oral communication skills Core Competencies Demonstrates a strong passion for working with seniors while effectively assessing, organizing, and implementing activities and recreational services tailored to individual resident needs.
