Our team is at the forefront of emerging trends and we are looking for like-minded individuals to continue growing our company.About The RoleWe are looking for Material Handlers who can ensure efficient movement and organization of materials within our facility, supporting both our receiving and fulfillment operations. This role also supports the functions of a warehouse associate. We value individuals who are safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with our team.Shift: Monday - FridayHours: 6am - 230pmPay Type BiweeklyDuties and ResponsibilitiesLoading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials and products from trailers and containers.Moving materials to and from storage areas, staging areas, and production lines using manual or power equipment.Processes orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and completing shipment confirmationsVerifying inventory counts and documenting material movement through scanning or manual logs.Operating material handling equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe manner.Picks and packs customer orders, assembling various types of merchandise for shipmentMove stock from reserve storage to primary picking locations.Uses RF scanning devices to support accurate inventory managementMaintains a clean, safe, and organized work area by following housekeeping and safety standardsPartner with management to analyze your performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by management.Minimum RequirementsMust be 18 years of age or older.High school diploma or equivalent.Must be available to work OT as required to support business needsPrior experience in material handling or warehousing preferred.Ability to lift, lower and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs.Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.Ability stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shiftAbility to work in varying temperatures as the warehouse is not climate controlled.Good verbal and written communication skillsBasic math and reading skills for labels and inventory counts.Willingness to learn powered equipment like forklifts or pallet ridersHas basic computer knowledge and skills.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance401k planAdditional Opt-In InsurancesVacation + Sick Time PayL'ange Hair Product Stipend- a quarterly stipend to help you refresh your favorite L'ange products and also try new products!Key Integra Competencies (All candidates are expected to demonstrate, regardless of role)Action OrientedSituational AdaptabilityDrives Results
