This role serves as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, helping coordinate account activities, manage service requests, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service and communication. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary contact for assigned client accounts. Coordinate client service requests and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate account records, documentation, and reporting. Collaborate with internal departments to support client needs. Monitor account activities and identify opportunities for service improvements. Assist with onboarding new clients and account setup processes. Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently. Prepare account summaries, updates, and status reports as needed. Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards. Support administrative and operational projects related to account management Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
