Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 60
• Patient Ratios: Varies
• EHR System: Point Click Care (PCC)
• Supervisor: Charge Nurse/Director of Nursing

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in the Skilled Nursing Unit.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with daily living activities and support the overall well-being of residents.

Qualifications

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC)
• Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Familiarity with common conditions in a geriatric patient population.
• Personality Fit: A caring and compassionate demeanor, with strong communication skills.
• Required Education: Must hold a valid LPN license in North Carolina or compact state.
