With over 1,100 units operating in 33 states, the Caymans, Trinidad, and the Republic of Korea, Smoothie King is committed to providing nutritious and delicious options to our customers. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining efficient store operations, and enforcing store policies. Alongside the General Manager, you will provide guidance to team members during your assigned shifts. Responsibilities: Blend delicious tasting smoothies Ensure guests' purposes are met when ordering smoothies Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience Properly prep fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids Perform opening and/or closing duties Perform store checklist tasks Show up on time and ready to work Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King Essential Functions: Operate a blender and POS cashier system Regularly move boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store Constantly position yourself to bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shifts Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°F Tolerate exposure to food allergens Have knowledge of Microsoft Office and general POS functionality Excellent communication skills and ability to give and receive feedback Be extremely reliable Equal Opportunity Employer Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401k matching Employee discount Tips Bonus pay Location: 1 International Square, Kansas City, MO 64153, USA If you are passionate about health, nutrition, and providing excellent customer experiences, apply now to join the Smoothie King team!
