Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience. • Experience gathering requirements and supporting software/application implementations. • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative project methodologies. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. • Utility industry experience preferred. Nice to Have Skills & Experience • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent • ITIL Certification or working knowledge of ITIL practices Job Description The Business Analyst serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT, gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support applications, systems, and process improvements.
