• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or insurance sales preferred.
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain the necessary licensing.
• Must be comfortable with a base salary plus a commission schedule
