Compensation Restaurant Kitchen Manager Salary Range: $55,000.00 – $70,500.00. Job Summary The Restaurant Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless day‑to‑day kitchen operations while upholding brand standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day kitchen operations and maintain operational excellence. Serve as Brand Ambassador, promoting company standards through scratch cooking and artisanal American food. Manage inventory, ordering, and key P&L lines to support restaurant success. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and a “better for being here” mindset. Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of management experience and must be at least 21 years of age. Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation. Strong communication, leadership and P&L knowledge. Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word. Preferred: Knowledge of local and state health codes; experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, Hot schedules; experience managing a team.
