Housing Stability Coach — Equity-Focused Case Management

Self Enhancement, Inc. is seeking a Housing Coordinator in Portland to partner with families toward long-term housing stability and economic mobility. The role blends equity-centered case management with strengths-based coaching within SEI’s housing model and proven frameworks. You will manage a caseload, guide lease-up and stabilization, facilitate goal setting, and administer rental assistance, using trauma-informed care and SEI’s Relationship model.
