Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as "intros"
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
• Self manage productivity and efficiency throughout shift
• Conduct minimum 40 outreach efforts to prospects per shift
• Secure, close and retrain 7 New Members per Month

Requirements:

• Sales Associates must have at minimum a basic knowledge of a computer. Our primary operating systems are MBO (MindBody), Microsoft 365. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of all Microsoft applications is preferred.
• Maintain an active CPR/AED certification throughout employment term

Weekly Shift Schedule:

1. Full Time: Starting 35-40 hours per week (minimum 5 shifts per week - minimum 35 hours per week, with opportunity for up to 6 shifts per week - maximum 40 hours per week).
2. Part Time: Starting 30-35 hours per week (minimum 4 shifts per week - minimum 30 hours per week)

Shift Options:

• Opening Shift: M-F 5:00am - 2:00pm
• Midday Shift: M-F 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Evening Shift: M-F 11:00pm - 8:00pm
• Weekend Shift: Sat/Sun 7:00am - 1:00pm

Compensation:

• Pending experience starting hourly: $17-$19
• Sliding Pay Scale pending month over month New Revenue earnings
• Monthly Commission, Weekly & Monthly Bonus

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
