Schedule: Sunday Thursday | 8:00 PM 4:30 AM Overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be required
Job Summary
Seeking experienced warehouse associates for a full-time night shift opportunity in Carol Stream, IL. This role involves order selecting, palletizing, labeling, and safely transporting products using electric pallet jacks or forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Select and palletize customer orders accurately
- Operate ride-on electric pallet jack (EPJ), walkie pallet jack, or forklift
- Use scanner and order selection systems for labeling and inventory tracking
- Stage pallets for loading at assigned dock locations
- Shrink-wrap products and maintain organized work areas
- Perform equipment inspections and follow safety procedures
- Work in dry, cooler, and freezer warehouse environments
- Follow sanitation and warehouse operational standards
Required Skills
- Experience operating ride-on electric pallet jacks (EPJ) and/or forklifts
- Order picking and order packing experience
- Inventory and receiving experience
- RF scanner operation experience
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
- High school diploma or GED required
- English communication skills required
Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ months of warehouse experience
- 12+ months operating ride-on EPJ or forklift
- 12+ months of order selector/picking experience
Tools / Environment
- Sysco Order Selection (SOS) labeling technology
- Electric pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners, and PPE
- Fast-paced warehouse with dry, cooler, and freezer areas
