Pre-Sales Implementation Specialist

The Pre-Sales Implementation Specialist supports the sales organization by coordinating and advancing customer trials from kickoff through evaluation. This role partners closely with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to ensure trials are launched efficiently, customers receive timely support, usage is monitored, and follow-up actions are completed. The role helps increase seller capacity, improve trial execution, and create a better customer experience during the pre-sale process.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Pre-Sales Implementation Specialist if your background includes:

• Experience in sales support, customer success, SAP orders for managed trials, revenue operations, or trial/program coordination
• Strong project coordination and follow-through across multiple workstreams
• Comfort working with customer-facing and internal stakeholders
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Ability to analyze product usage data and summarize findings clearly
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Experience supporting SaaS trials, pilots, onboarding, or pre-sales workflows is a plus

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $150,500 USD - $279,500 USD. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. Target total cash compensation ranges are inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
