Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Review/Analyze incoming calls, texts, and emails to ensure that each lead has a manager touch Manage pipeline of unsold internet and phone leads Desk Proposals, provide terms to customers close deals and schedule appointments for delivery Provide offers to purchase on trade values Responsible for managing, measuring and maintaining internet sales process and inbound phone handling Driving up the daily appointment count Create, maintain, and measure the internet sales processes Provide proposals to customers for purchase/lease Complete appraisals for online trade-ins Interview, hire, and train new sales associates and digital sales representatives on CRM, Phone and internet processes as well as buy smart be happy and successful engagement.
