The role requires strong project delivery capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience managing several workstreams simultaneously.**Key Responsibilities*** Manage and coordinate multiple IT and cybersecurity projects concurrently* Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, monitoring, and reporting* Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, testing, deployment, and support activities* Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)* Define, monitor, and report on project performance indicators and service metrics* Ensure quality assurance processes, testing activities, and issue management are effectively managed* Contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes following industry best practices* Support compliance with information security and governance standards* Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders in a multi-project environment##**Required Skills & Experience*** Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Project Management, Program Management, or related roles* Proven experience delivering IT and/or cybersecurity-related projects* Strong understanding of project and service management principles* Knowledge of recognized project management, agile, service management, or cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies* Experience managing software development, infrastructure, digital transformation, or technology-related initiatives* Ability to define, track, and report on KPIs and service metrics* Experience working with project and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms* Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes* Experience working in international and multicultural environments* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills* Professional proficiency in English##**Preferred Qualifications*** Certifications or training in project management, agile methodologies, service management, cybersecurity, or related disciplines are considered an asset* Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, or information security standards is beneficial**Additional Information*** Candidates may be based in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, or Germany* EU citizenship is required##**WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?*** At Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where you will be able to work 50% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program, allowing you to work up to 45 days abroad.* In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package including: + Net expenses + Company car or mobility budget + Health insurance + Meal vouchers + Pension plan + Eco vouchers from €250/year + A flexible plan to buy extra days off, update insurance or purchase home office equipment + 32 vacation days plus bank holidays##Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
