Physician Assistant

Urgent Doccs Inc is looking for a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our dynamic urgent care team in Melbourne, FL. Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries in an urgent care setting

Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs, X-rays, and imaging studies

Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians

Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, suturing, splinting, and injections

Prescribe medications and provide patient education on treatment and follow-up care

Accurately document patient encounters and maintain thorough medical records

Triage and manage patient flow to ensure efficient, high-quality care delivery

Requirements:

Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program

Current NCCPA certification (PA-C)

Active Florida state PA license or ability to obtain licensure

Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred

BLS and ACLS certification required

Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
