Senior Finance Manager

Harmer has been engaged by our client to identify a Senior Finance Manager . This is a key finance leadership role supporting a $1B+ business within a publicly traded manufacturing organization. The position partners closely with executive and operational leadership across multiple manufacturing sites to drive financial performance, strategic planning, and operational decision-making while leading a high-performing finance team. Opportunity Highlights: Lead finance for a $1B+ manufacturing business within a stable, publicly traded organization Partner directly with executive leadership to influence strategic and operational decisions across multiple manufacturing sites Lead, mentor, and develop an established team of finance professionals Highly visible role with broad exposure to operations, commercial leadership, and corporate finance Join a business that continues to outperform expectations while investing in future growth and operational excellence Opportunity to shape financial strategy, improve business performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Responsibilities Include: Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to executive and operational leadership Deliver meaningful financial analysis, KPI reporting, and business insights that drive operational performance Partner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and commercial leaders to improve profitability and support strategic initiatives Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and capital investment analysis Develop executive reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership Drive improvements in forecasting, reporting, financial processes, and business analytics Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Support internal controls, financial governance, and enterprise-wide finance initiatives Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred 10+ years of progressive finance experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing finance teams Experience supporting large, complex, multi-site manufacturing operations Strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive business partnering Experience working within a publicly traded or similarly complex organization preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Harmer
