The RN Charge lead patient care, oversee nursing assistants, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care. What You’ll Do Coordinate and deliver individualized care plans for residents. Supervise and support nursing assistants on your unit. Collaborate with care teams to ensure consistency and quality of care. Maintain safety and clinical standards while honoring resident preferences. Current RN license in the State of Connecticut. Recent experience in long‑term care or acute care (preferred). Current CPR certification. Availability to work every other weekend.
