Field Sales Agent

2020 Companies is now hiring highly motivated, sales-driven professionals as Field Sales Agents to represent a leading Home Warranty provider inside Sam's Club locations. This full-time role is ideal for experienced retail sales candidates looking for a rewarding commission-based opportunity in a premier retail environment.

Your primary responsibility is to engage Sam's Club members, educate them on Home Warranty services and plans, and facilitate enrollments through a simple QR code-based process. Pay: $17/hr base pay + uncapped commission paid weekly

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Description

• Drive brand awareness and plan enrollments through daily direct customer engagement within assigned Sam's Club location
• Educate customers on Home Warranty services and plans, including coverage options and pricing
• Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Generate qualified enrollments by guiding customers through the QR code-based digital enrollment portal
• Accurately document and report sales activity, schedules, and best practices via Pulse time tracker
• Maintain Display area for cleanliness, professionalism, brand standards, and demo-readiness per Sam's Club and client guidelines
• Set up and break down Display equipment at the start and end of each scheduled shift
• Collect customer feedback and provide market insight and recommendations to management
• Adhere to all client-approved training scripts and sales processes without deviation
• Follow all Sam's Club vendor demonstration guidelines, including dress code, workspace standards, and customer interaction protocols
• Complete end-of-shift pulse surveys and report activity as directed
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and conference calls as required

Performance Measurements

• Regular and prompt attendance for all scheduled shifts (Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
• Meet established weekly/monthly enrollment goals and Net Sales Per 8 Hours targets
• Customer/client satisfaction based on enrollment quality, rejection percentage, and substantiated complaints
• Adherence to client enrollment procedures and Sam's Club vendor standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 6+ months of previous retail selling experience or customer-facing sales experience preferred
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays (primary schedule: Wednesday through Sunday)
• Warm, self-motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process that connects with customer needs and overcomes objections
• Ability to perform independently in an unstructured retail environment
• Comfortable standing for prolonged periods in a retail setting
• Proficiency with smartphones and digital tools (QR codes, mobile enrollment portals)
• Must have a personal cellphone with a working number for role-related communication
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
