Finance Manager supporting Global IT leadership at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company. The role involves financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting to enable strategic decision-making across the global IT organization. Based in Brea, California on-site.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior business leaders using data-driven analytics to enhance financial transparency and operational effectiveness
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities supporting strategic initiatives across Global IT
- Collaborate with corporate stakeholders and regional finance partners on planning alignment and companywide initiatives
- Support adoption and implementation of AI-enabled finance solutions and advanced analytics capabilities
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and support process and system enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 9+ years finance experience, or Master's with 7+ years, or Doctoral with 4+ years
- Progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency with financial systems including OAS/OBI, Power BI, ERP systems, OneStream, and advanced Excel
- Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills with executive-level experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities independently
- Experience with data warehouse and financial consolidation tools like SAP-BPC or OneStream preferred
- Background in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or regulated high-complexity industries preferred
Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
