Responsibilities

Kforce's client in Washington, DC that is seeking a Recruiter who will be partnering with a large, nationally recognized organization to add a Skilled Trades Recruiter to their team. This role will support high-volume hiring across maintenance, facilities, and technical field positions. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and knows how to find and engage hard-to-reach talent.Duties:

• Partner with hiring managers to support ongoing and upcoming hiring needs
• Source candidates using a variety of channels (ATS, job boards, networking, referrals, outreach)
• Screen and interview candidates for skilled trades roles
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in recruiting systems
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process

Skills

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, field, or technical roles (maintenance, HVAC, mechanical, construction, etc.)
• Strong sourcing skills - ability to find talent beyond inbound applicants
• Experience using ATS and CRM systems
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
