Greet guests and perform customer service-related activities./liliIssue access badges, including temporary, vendor and guest badges/liliMonitor activities within the Reception Area through CCTV/Alarm monitoring./liliAssist facilities team members as needed/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3p4-5 years of Supervisory experience Valid Drivers License / Clean Driving record High School diploma or equivalency Must be CPR certified Demonstrated commitment to the security and reception team mission Experience working with high-level individuals in complex, unstructured situations Successful completion of a background review and drug screening Must have excellent writing and analytical skills Must be able to create and cultivate trust and transparency in all relationships Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications/ph3Competencies/h3pComfort/fluency in multiple security disciplines. Requires the ability to adjust priorities to multiple demands and unanticipated events as well as adjust decisions and actions to new information.
