Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-starting Warehouse Logistics Clerk to support our
e-commerce fulfillment operations. In this role you will be the connective tissue between
the Receiving Team, our carrier partners, and Buying Team helping the team track
shipments, assist in resolving exceptions, record and maintaining accurate records, and
keeping orders moving on time. Success here requires someone who is highly
organized, technologically savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fulfillment
environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an assistant for day-to-day point of contact for external carriers, drivers,
and third-party logistics (3PL) providers and help confirm pick-up windows and
delivery details.

Shipment tracking & visibility; verify that carriers adhere to scheduled pick-up
times, route plans, and service level agreements (SLAs); maintain accurate
records of shipment activities, carrier contacts, delivery confirmations, etc.

Support the scheduling of inbound freight appointments and coordinate dock
availability with the warehouse team.

Communicate by phone, email, text, and in person with internal teams, vendors,
carriers, and drivers.

Coordinate transportation timing in alignment with Receiving and warehouse
Schedules.

Assist with inbound receiving workflows and driver check in confirming ASNs,
reconciling PO quantities, and flagging discrepancies.

Assist with resolving day-to-day logistics issues including shipping delays,
damaged goods, and route deviations by coordinating with carriers and internal
teams.

Act as a first point of contact when delivery concerns arise; document outcomes
and escalate complex cases.

Qualifications

1 years experience in an e-commerce fulfillment or distribution center
environment strongly preferred.

Experience as inbound or outbound Shipping Clerk preferred.

Exposure to a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for order tracking,
shipping/receiving, and inventory management.

Familiarity with Salesforce (or comparable CRM/logistics platform) for logging
activities and managing communications preferred.

Working knowledge of Google Sheets is preferred.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and
deadlines simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate clearly with
carriers, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
