Job Title Product Design and Development - Product Designer - Specialized 3 Location Beaverton, Oregon (Onsite) Role Overview We are seeking a technical‑minded Product Designer for a special project. This role focuses on the technical execution of bag design, translating existing ideas and AI‑generated concepts into manufacturable products. The position involves close collaboration with internal tech development teams and external factories to create detailed tech packs. Key Responsibilities Build the technical elements of bag designs, with a focus on execution rather than creative ideation. Create detailed tech packs for bag manufacturing. Translate designs, including those generated by AI, into tangible product specifications for factories. Collaborate with internal technology development teams. Communicate with factories to ensure design specifications are met. Required Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in technical bag design is required. Technical Skills: Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing technical drawings and examples of bag design, with a preference for utilitarian styles over fashion‑focused designs. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the sports or consumer goods industry. Experience working with designs built from AI and developing them into real products. Experience connecting with factories and internal technical development teams.
