Assistant Project Manager - Remote Opportunity

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related field
- Associates Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience with project tools such as Asana, Lytho, or Monday.com
- Email marketing experience with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
- Basic HTML and CSS skills for email design and responsive development
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
Preferences
- Certifications in Salesforce
- CRM proficiency, including integration with email marketing tools
- Experience with email workflow management, including automation and audience segmentation
- Knowledge of email deliverability and compliance standards such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and marketing technology stacks
- Basic design tool experience with Adobe Photoshop or Canva
- ADA compliance awareness
