Supervision and Leadership : Oversee the daily activities of nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to nursing personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Patient Care Management : Ensure that patient care plans are implemented effectively. Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as necessary.
Administrative Duties : Handle administrative tasks such as completing medical forms, reports, and evaluations. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and maintain financial records related to nursing operations.
Communication : Act as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Communicate pertinent information regarding patient care and facility policies.
Training and Development : Facilitate training sessions for nursing staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest healthcare practices and protocols. Conduct performance evaluations to identify areas for professional development.
