Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP/ASHA Certification).
• Holds, or is eligible for, the Alabama State Board of Education Speech-Language Pathology certification (may begin with pending status).
• Experience in school-based speech-language therapy and evaluations is highly valued.
• Ability to adapt quickly across elementary and high school settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional best practices with a student-focused approach.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver speech and language therapy for K-12 students across designated campuses.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to IEP development.
• Serve as an integral part of multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and administrators to promote individualized student growth.
• Travel to assigned schools (no more than three locations).
