Responsibilities Electrical Plumbing HVAC Appliance Repair Locks & Keys Basic Carpentry Painting and Drywall Repair Janitorial, Grounds and Snow Removal Cleaning Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the building’s common areas and other assigned areas Maintaining exterior grounds according to company standards Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years related facilities maintenance experience Effective communication in English, both written and verbal Solid computer skills Excellent customer service skills Self‑starter, initiative‑driven On‑call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays Reliable vehicle required Compensation and Benefits Base pay $21.16‑$37.36 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), STD, life insurance, Employee Assistance Programs, paid time off, paid holidays, paid training, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, employee referral bonuses, and flex spending.
