Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
NO WEEKENDS

A&R Complete Auto Care is looking for a high-performing salesperson to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor.

We can teach you cars.

What we're looking for is much harder to teach:

Confidence. Drive. Competitiveness. Communication. Follow-up. And the ability to CLOSE.

If you've been successful in:

• Car sales
• Wireless/cell phone sales
• Furniture sales
• Retail sales
• Insurance
• Home improvement sales
• Commission-based sales
• Other high-performance sales environments

You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain recommended services and repairs, present solutions, follow up on opportunities, overcome objections, and close sales.

You're not turning wrenches.

You're building relationships, solving problems, and selling solutions.

• Has a proven sales track record
• Is comfortable working on commission
• Wants their paycheck tied to their performance
• Knows how to confidently ask for the sale
• Can build rapport quickly
• Doesn't give up after the first “no”
• Follows up relentlessly
• Is competitive and goal-driven
• Takes coaching and applies it
• Holds themselves accountable
