What You’ll Do Conduct user research across our diverse users and customers, including students, educators, journalists, content creators, and more Design consumer‑facing experiences for new and existing features, from early concepts and user flows to high‑fidelity mockups and shipped product Partner closely with engineers to scope, iterate, and deliver high‑quality experiences quickly Help shape how design operates at GPTZero as the product and team scale What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience owning product design end‑to‑end. A strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end, user‑centered design work, from research and problem framing to iteration and polished, production‑ready interfaces. Proven ability to translate complex or technical systems into clear, intuitive user experiences. High ownership mentality. You move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, and iterate based on real user feedback. Strong interest in AI‑powered products. Experience designing AI systems is a plus. Experience working at an early‑stage or fast‑scaling startup. Who You'll Join We’re a small team. We value ownership, transparency, and listening to each other.
