We are looking for a professional, dependable individual committed to creating an exceptional customer experience that reflects PROOF's values. Responsibilities Promptly and professionally handle a minimum of 100 customer interactions (phone calls and emails) daily. Represent our brand with integrity and care in every interaction. Resolve customer concerns with empathy and clear communication. Manage order routing, updates, and adjustments. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill time-sensitive customer needs. Qualifications Previous customer service experience required (Experience with Richpanel, Shopify, and ShipHero preferred). 3+ years of customer service experience required; 1 year of E-commerce experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with basic computer tools. Must be able to work in person at our Columbus, OH facility.
