Opportunity Overview

Our organization is excited to invite new graduate Nurse Practitioners to become part of our engaging Family Medicine Residency Program for the 2027 Cohorts, starting in April and July.

This program presents a distinctive chance for recent graduates to acquire essential clinical experience within a nurturing environment. Selected individuals will receive mentorship and support from a seasoned team of healthcare professionals, fostering collaboration and guidance to enhance their clinical skills in Family Medicine .

Participants will cultivate the necessary abilities to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while gaining in-depth knowledge of the principles and practices of Family Medicine throughout the residency.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong dedication to Family Medicine and a commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-focused care. We particularly value candidates with strong connections to the Sacramento area and its surrounding communities.

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:

• Completion of a graduate-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program that adheres to California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) standards.
• An active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license to practice in California by the month preceding the start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preference will be given to new graduate Nurse Practitioners.
