Project Manager, Systems Training (TS Clearance)

Position Summary Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions. Work You’ll Do As a Project - Project Manager on the project, you will: Lead full lifecycle of client system training efforts to include: Post Installation Training (PIT), Virtual Training Sessions, and supporting training conferences. Develop and update training products for the system and respond to training related RFIs.Create detailed work plans, track milestones, and maintain schedules.Consult with system users throughout training an adoption to translate requests into system enhancements. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree Active Top Secret security clearance required6+ years of experience leading teams in a program or project management capacity 6+ years of experience developing, directing, and executing training programsAbility to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: Prior experience with maritime software programs For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in San Diego, CA , Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to San Diego, CA and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,300 to $188,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
