Project Estimator - Preconstruction & Bids Lead

Baldwin & Shell Construction Company in Springdale is seeking a Project Estimator to join our team. The role involves managing estimating efforts for various preconstruction services across multiple market sectors, ensuring project profitability and high-quality outcomes. You will coordinate with customers, design teams, and our field team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of Commercial Construction experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
