You’ll assist with property inspections, rental readiness checks, basic field support, and light administrative tasks. No prior real estate experience is required — we will train the right person. Must be able to perform light physical activity, such as lifting signs and cleaning supplies. Responsibilities Visit rental properties to ensure homes are clean, safe, and rent‑ready. Verify appliances are installed and functioning properly. Place For Rent signs and assist with property marketing. Take clear photos for listings and documentation. Perform light touch‑up cleaning when needed. Monitor vacant homes to help prevent theft or damage. Plan and manage daily routes efficiently. Upload photos, submit reports, and communicate updates to the team. Coordinate with office staff on make‑readies and tenant turnovers.
