Job Location: AKG - FL - Hollywood, FL 33020 Education Level: High School/GED Travel Percentage: None The Tech Support Repair Specialist position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing key cutting machine repair calls as well as repairing key cutting machines onsite. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support through both incoming and outgoing calls Support our locksmith customers with key cutter issues Provide onsite support for key cutting machines Qualifications / Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in customer service Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) system Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Bilingual in both English/Spanish Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis #J-18808-Ljbffr AKG
