Position Overview We have an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney to join our Detroit general liability/toxic tort team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in general liability and/or asbestos/toxic tort is required. The candidate must be a self-starter, possess the ability to multi‑task, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Working with others in a team‑oriented environment is essential. Michigan admission required. This is a hybrid position that requires two days in the office and other times as needed.
