Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Providing comprehensive labor, delivery, and postpartum care, the registered nurse will support families through the birth process in a family-centered and safe environment. The role involves collaboration with a highly trained team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor maternal and neonatal conditions throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
• Administer medications and manage medical interventions as directed by physicians.
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery postpartum care, and newborn care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• Possess current Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• Maintain AHA ACLS certification (required).
• Preferred certifications include NRP and STABLE.
• Demonstrate experience in labor and delivery or postpartum care.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
