They are seeking a Powder Coating Technician to join their team. Responsibilities Manually apply electrostatic powder using specialized spray equipment to ensure even coverage on components. Operate and troubleshoot spray guns and powder delivery systems to maintain optimal performance. Safely load and unload industrial curing ovens while monitoring baking cycles and adhering to safety protocols. Perform routine thickness checks on coatings and communicate quality data to team members for process adjustments. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment operations. Commitment to quality and safety standards in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/32" and perform basic measurements. Willingness to operate a forklift and assist in other areas as needed after training.
