This leadership role will manage structural projects from concept through construction whileoverseeing project teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and quality control.The ideal candidate is an experienced structural engineer who can lead complex projects, mentordeveloping professionals, and maintain strong communication with clients, architects, contractors, andinternal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead structural engineering projects from initial concept through construction administrationManage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverablesSupervise and mentor engineers and design staffReview structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction documents for quality andaccuracyMaintain strong client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact throughout the projectlifecycleCoordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholdersSupport business development and help identify opportunities for repeat and new client workEnsure projects comply with applicable codes, permitting requirements, and firm quality standardsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related disciplineProfessional Engineer license required8-10 years of structural engineering experienceAt least 2 years of project management experienceProficiency with Revit and AutoCADStrong knowledge of the International Building Code and structural design standardsExperience with permitting, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordinationExcellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
