Responsibilities Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust interventions based on patient response Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to ensure integrated care Educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition principles and dietary needs Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and documentation standards Qualifications Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Licensed in the state of Florida Strong clinical judgment with a team-oriented mindset Excellent communication and time-management skills Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred, but not required Why Join Nutritious Lifestyles?
