The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive msuculoskeletal evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progess and adjust treatment plans as needed. The PT will perform functional capacity evaluations and conduct ergonomic assessments periodically at the patient's place of employment, and collaborate with the provider, patient and employer to develop return to work plans.
